Any reference in these Terms and Conditions to “We”, “Our” and “Us” are to First Class Travel Service.  References such as “You” and “Your” means any individual, organisation, company, customer(s) and business who has booked the use of our services be it for themselves or for any other individual or individuals. Please note, that the terms “You” and “Your” in this definition also includes potential customers who may only be visiting the website to gain information. Therefore includes everyone else that is using the website except First Class Travel Service.

Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS/CRB)

First Class Travel Service employs only Home Office Approved Drivers who all have to undergo DBS/CRB checks at regular intervals as and when is required by law.


All of our Insurance Policies are covered by Public Liability insurance, where Third Party Liability on injury or in the worst case scenario death is unlimited in amount. Under our insurance policy, Third Party Property damage is covered by £5000,000.00 in amount.


We take the conduct of both our staff and customers very seriously and expect all parties to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner at all times. Under no circumstances would we accept misconduct from any of our drivers towards our customers and vice versa. We always aim to remain Professional and would always ensure that our conduct reflects that image. We reserve the right to terminate any booking without notice where a customer(s) poses violent threat to any of our drivers. Under such circumstances, it would be at our discretion to determine whether to refund any advance payments that you may have made. The consumption of any alcoholic beverages and smoking is strictly prohibited whenever travelling in any of our vehicles. In any unlikely event where you soil any of our vehicles you will be liable to pay the maximum of an additional £80.00 to cover any valeting cost.

Your Booking and Travel

It is your responsibility to ensure that at the time of your booking that all of the information you provide such as; Date, name of passenger(s), pick up time, required pick up point which includes correct airport terminal, required destination, flight arrival and departure times, flight number, amount of luggage and any other relevant information is accurate. First Class Travel Service will always give you a quotation based on the information you provide. Any change to the information that you initially provided at the time of your booking such as change in destination would result in the amendment of your initial quotation and may incur an additional cost to you. At no time would any diversion from the normal route to your requested destination due to road works or road traffic accidents incur any additional cost to you.

Following us accepting and recording any booking, it is our responsibility to ensure that you get to your destination safely and in good time. However, there may be times that unforeseen circumstances may cause us delay such as; road traffic accidents, unexpected extremely difficult weather conditions, Road closures and anything else that may be out of our control. Therefore, it is your responsibility to give yourself extra journey time whenever you request the use of our service.

At First Class Travel Service, we offer our customers a 100% money back guarantee. Therefore, in situations where we consider ourselves responsible for any delay such as; technical or repair issues, we are liable to refund to you 100% of any fares you have already paid or waiver any fares you were expecting to pay. Please note that if any such circumstance should arise we would explore all of our possible options including connecting you with an alternative means of transport to ensure that you arrive at your destination safely and in good time. Therefore, the 100% money back guarantee will only come into effect after we would have explored every possible option and still do not manage to deliver on our promise. We would not be held responsible for any delays or any additional cost that arise as a result of your failure to provide us with any correct booking information.

Cancellation of Booking

There may be times you may need to cancel a booking. In such circumstance, we advise that you contact us as soon as possible so as to reduce the risk of incurring any cost. To guarantee that your cancellation of any previous booking does not cost you, you MUST give us at least 24 hours notice. In cases where you decide to cancel a booking at a time when we would have already dispatched a vehicle you may be liable to pay the full cost of the fare.

Use of our Website and other online Facilities

First Class Travel Service endeavours to always use its website and any of its other online facilities in an appropriate manner and we expect anyone that visits any of these facilities to do the same. Therefore, individual(s) that uses these facilities in an inappropriate manner may be guilty of an offence. We understand that we may need to make adjustments to our terms and conditions from time to time. Therefore, we reserve the right to make these changes without giving you any notice. It is your responsibility to always review our terms and conditions to ensure that you remain well informed at all times.

 Statutory Rights

All of the terms and conditions that are mentioned in this document does not delimit the statutory rights of you nor First Class Travel Service in the unlikely event should any dispute arise.
